Today I went to the local tennis courts to play some tennis.

I’ve always thought I sucked at tennis, until today.

Today I found out the reason i’ve been so bad, is because I keep using my right hand to hold the racket.

I tried using the left hand and I was surprisingly better than I was. I ended up owning everyone.

Also today, I went to the shops and bought a flat brim hat. Now, if you don’t know what a flat brim is, check this out.

Ok, so know we get the main concept, it’s to have a flat brim.

These hats first became famous because of the NY Flat Brim.

I was going to buy one in the USA, [see JT In The USA] but it cost $35

So I thought they were probably selling them outside the USA, in Australia.

And I was right, I spotted one outside Coles, and it had the NY logo on it, for only an amazing price of $35!

JackToday in the Usa – Part 2

Hey guys, here’s what went down from the finishing point of my last post.

We then went to Newport, which was where I got my first “life is good” tee. You should goto the life is good store if you visit RI. It was great. It’s more of a positive yet funny store unlike the others which where… negative and funny. One of the teeshirts at a negative but funny store said “Do I look like a people person?”. I regret not getting that…

After that, we drove (in a rental car) from Rhode Island to Washington D.C… and yes, I did see the White House… and it was awesome…

I think I saw Obama in a window. It was an African-American holding a document in his hand at a fairly high level of the White House.

We also some black cars (I think they were limos) going into the White House. I thought that might have been Michelle and her kids.

We then flew Delta Airlines from Washington to Orlando.

And yes, I agree, Orlando is the theme park central of the world. On the first day we went to Disney Hollywood Studios. My two fave rides there were the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith and the Twilight Zone Tower Of Terror. The Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster was where you ride in a limo themed coaster to try to get to a concert in time (very Aerosmith). The Twilight Zone Tower Of Terror is where you sit in an elevator and when you drop, you literally are floating a tiny bit. It’s so cool

The next day we went to Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. At IOA we saw the most technically advanced ride in the world, Spiderman Ride. It was so awesome it had all these holograms.

The next day we flew home.

JackToday in the U.S.A – Part I

Hey guys! Here’s my 1st post in my JackToday in the Usa series! The first day, I went to Brisbane international airport.
I flew Vaustralia to Las Angeles. Just so tlyou know, if you’re gonna fly from those places, I definintly recommend Vaustralia. There was an internal messaging system on the flight (seat 2 seat). It has a pop out QWERTY keyboard. All the movies, drinks and meals (including BLD) are free.
Then, we arrived at Las Angeles. We then went on Virgin America from LA to NYC. Time Square was
amazing. Seriously, if you’re going to Nyc, it is a must see. I saw Hamlet on Broadway, which is a great Shakespeare play. It’s only on for 12 weeks, so be quick. Another fave in Nyc is the M&Ms world.
It’s got all this mms mercy. They thought of everything. We then drove for 3 hours to here in Boston. It is cool. Anyways, I have to go now (walmart buisness)

Today I watched the VMA’s on MTV [repeat because I was busy on the weekend] and when Taylor Swift won the award for best female vid and Kanye West came up on stage and said “Beyonce deserved it” I got realllll angry! He had no right to do that. I think her performance later was pretty good!

I can’t believe Ye started crying when he was apologising on Jay Leno.

Anyway, I think Green Day’s performance of “East Jesus Nowhere” from 21st Century Breakdown was good. They made the crowd get up on stage.

And also, I’m so happy that they won 3 awards for their 21 Guns clip.

Today we had a substitute teacher, and he was really nice.

He let us go out and play sport unlike someone I know…

And anyway, he was cool

Today we also had to practice our REALLY bad dance again [see earlier posts].

And it was our last lesson, and we all really suck like hell.

Anyway, tomorrow is my 2nd lesson of my Dance and Drama Focus [see earlier posts]. Only 40 peops in the school got in. It’s really fun. I’m wooting so much right now because it is REALLY fun

We do these games at the start. My friend Tom sucks like hell at it lol.

Today I practically did nothing, except for watching that Dancing Wedding video on YouTube.

Also, I watched the first episode of “The Bachelorette” to see what all the fuss is about.

And, I will never watch any romance reality shows ever again after watching that.

Sunday, 9th Of August 2009

Today I went to the ekka. Yesterday I said I wouldn’t post today because I would of watched the night events but I got really bored.

Anyway, I won a green “Kermit the Frog” at sideshow alley. It almost broke at one point because on another sideshow alley thing I went on the show where you bang the hammer on the steel thing were you whack, and the pole measures how far you hit, but I decided to place my “Kermit the Frog” on it, and let’s just say things got ugly…

So yeah.

Also, I went on the Haunted Mansion ride and I have to admit, I almost peed my pants. This guy pops out at you and hes right in your face, and I thought he was trying to kiss me or something LOL.

I went on this other ride called “Crazy Coaster” and I think the exaggerated how “Crazy” it may have been. First of all, it costs $28 dollars per 2 people. And second, the exaggerated part was how the spinning was meant to be car-razy but it wasn’t that thrilling.

Refund please!

I got the Summer Heights High bag. I only got it because it has a tee-shirt saying “Sorry Ranga”. That made my day

Well, today I went home sick… very sick… from school. I felt like vomitting about 4 times.

If I did It would have ruined my reputation!

Also, remember that “Kermit The Frog” I got yesterday? Well today I broke off one of its arms by accident ROFLOL.

Well, umm, I sew Kermit-Meister (My Kermit The Frog toy I got from the Ekka’s new nickname!) arm back on! He’s better now.

Also, I got detention for like 5 minutes at morning tea for throwing this big guys hat over the roof – because he played one of the bunny police in the musical (he wore a pink bunny suit for gods sake!)

Today I watched the movie Band Slam, and it was pretty funny I guess. I would probably give it 3 stars.

Yeah, it wasn’t AWESOME or anything.

Here’s what it was about (From A-M-C Cinemas Website):A new kid in town assembles a fledgling rock band — together, they achieve their dreams and compete against the best in the biggest event of the year, a battle of the bands.

Today I went to see Coraline. I was pretty disappointed with the expected “creepiness”. It was OK altogether. I would probably give it 3 and a 1/2 stars, so If you wanna check that out, go ahead. Also, I am pretty sad that today was the last day of our schools public holiday [Ekka / Pupil Free]. So basically :’( for today.

14th Of August 2009

Today was quite BORING. Well, I guess we had Music, so that was fun. Except there’s this stupid song called “Canoe Song” and it’s really high pitched, I thought my ears would explode at any second. So that’s basically it for today so bye.

Today was fun. I went over to my friends house and we played “Super Smash Bros. Brawl”. I don’t have Super Smash Bros. Brawl on my Wii, but I really liked it. Uhh, the reason my friend got it is because he didn’t legally “get it”, he burnt it.

He also had “Animal Crossing: Lets Go To The City” and I enjoyed that aswell. But I got angry a little bit a couple of times because he was putting pifballs (things in Animal Crossing that you can walk on – you can’t jump over them either) around my house.

Anyway, I gotta go get some

Today I made a Bebo. I like Bebo the best, because there is more things you can do on Bebo. Plus, Bebo’s not as crowded as FaceBook or MySpace, so it’s easier to find your friends instead of browsing through 50 people with the same name.

Ok, today I searched around my school for my “lost” Glockenspiel (yes, I do percussion), and anyway I told our principal about it, and he asked our class if anybody took it byaccident, and they said no. So, then I searched the music room if anything had turned up, the said no, and I got really angry.

But, I am sort of happy about a new YouTube account for us due to the opening of the new Videos, and you can visit our YouTube channel (feat. YouTube’s new Channel 2.0 theme!) by clicking HERE. We are going to update it regularly, and also we want alot of subscribers so we can start getting sponsered by YouTube! Anyway, today I had my Maths Competition Exam. It was quite easy, infact REALLY easy.

Today I had my first Volleyball match for interschool sport. We didn’t win, because the other people playing were like REALLY good, but I still scored alot of points.

Today I watched the  movie “Inglorius Basterds” and I thought it was pretty good. A must-see for anyone that has a taste for… good movies!

Also, today I got some tech stuff (a $40 USB and a $28 earphones for my iPod) and they’re pretty good. Anyway, there’s not much to post about today, so… watch this video!

Today and at the end of yesterday we made a new site. It is called… JPKMusic. It has music video/song reviews/and other music stuff

Also, today I found out in 4 weeks i’m going in a RV trip around America. I can’t wait. Most of the RV sites have free WiFi, so i’ll be posting a couple of times throughout my trip.

Um, also today I played Halo 3 for 6 hours. I figured out a funny thing. On the 2nd level, in the huge hall thing that you goto the hall, keep walking until the end, and you’ll see to characters from the internet phenomenon “Red Vs. Blue” having a funny convo.

Today I found out how long my flight to the U.S.A [see 23 of August] will be – 28 hours!!! O_0 that’s like… like… 28 hours! And, when I heard that, I went [happily] nuts! You know why? Coz the flight is like the best! It’s got 1 metre of leg room, a USB port to look at your photo’s or music.

I made my 2nd ever review on JPK Music today, about Black Eyed Peas’ I Gotta Feeling.

Today I went to school with my new Green Day albuum and showed it to everyone and I was surprised how many people actually knew who Green Day are! Like half the people new.

Also, today we had a substitute teacher and she was really nice. Even though, when my friend Binh pushed my other friend, Jacob, into me and I fell over on my seat and banged my head on the ground, she didn’t even yell she just said to “Not Do That Again”.

And today, I am proud to announce, that this website has reached more hits than any other websites I have created reaching it’s 5000th viewer today.

Today I went on Clusty Internet Search and searched VAustralia, the flight Im going on soon [see earlier posts]. And I turns out they got outstanding reviews.

The prices are absolutely game-changing. For years we watched Qantas, United and Air New Zealand stay between $1000 – $2000 for LAX-SYD, now VAustralia is changing expectations, and with Delta coming in on this route this summer, we are entering a real buyers market on USA to AU fares.

Furthermore, we spoke with a woman who flew United over to the States two weeks ago and flew VAustralia back with us on the inaugural. We asked her how the two experiences compared and she laughed and said “they don’t”.

Today I went to my excursion. It was pretty fun. We went to Eureka Goldfields. I think it was somewhere near Toowoomba. We had to dress up as something from the Australian Goldrush, so I dressed as a Claims Officer. Thats all. Bye

Today I have decided to cancel late posts [when i'm late for a post I post the day after]

Also, me and my friend watched the 21 Guns Music Video on YouTube. It’s awesome!

Today, also, we practiced our bad dance for “Dance Night” at our school. The song we have to dance to is “I Don’t Dance” from High School Musical 2.

And because our teacher had to teach us dance [so she had to dance to], and my friend’s classes were walking past, I guess that’s how the new “Embarrassed” category got to JackToday…

Today was excited to see that I will be performing our Dance [from the schools dance extension] on Assembly [Monday]

Though something happened in the other dance.

Someone screamed out “Go ******” and then the principal yelled at us saying “Who was the clown who yelled out ******’s name?” for a bout 5 minutes. Then they started again.

Then I wondered, why do I even goto this school but then I thought but I guess it was pretty funny.
